Some of the larger transactions include: DaVita corporate offices (65,000 SF), Blue Cross Blue Shield (56,000 SF), Lowe’s Home Improvement call center, (100,000 SF), Gap Inc. Financial Services (115,000 and 70,000 SF), Wilson Engineering (31,000 SF), WH Pacific Inc. (19,000 SF), New Mexico State University (40,000 SF).

Stacey continues to represent some of the largest owners of office buildings in our market as well as many tenants from the large nationals to local operations. She has negotiated hundreds of leases on their behalf.
